IMMEX Data Mismatch Self-Test

A static educational self-test to identify potential reconciliation gaps between ERP, warehouse, broker data, Anexo 24, Anexo 31, and export discharge records.

Enter non-confidential sample quantities from your records. The tool compares patterns and lists checks to perform. It does not store data and does not determine compliance.

Answer the questions to generate a screening result

The output will list points to verify, not a compliance conclusion.

Your screening output will appear here. No information is stored by this static page.

How to use this

Pick one part number and pull its quantity from each system for the same date. Leave a field blank if you do not have that number; blank fields are ignored instead of being treated as zero. The self-test then flags where the quantities diverge and which control questions still point to open work.

Why the numbers usually differ

Five systems can show five quantities for the same part without anyone making a mistake. Each one records a different moment or a different unit: the order, the physical count, the customs entry, the inventory control ledger, and the export discharge. The goal is to explain each gap by timing or unit conversion, not to declare one system "right".

What this does not do

Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere; the page runs entirely in your browser. It does not audit your records, confirm an Anexo 24 or Anexo 31 balance, or determine compliance. Use the output as a starting list of questions for your customs broker, tax advisor, or qualified IMMEX specialist.
